The 30-Minute Agency Proposal Follow-Up System

Send the proposal, then what? Most agencies guess. Here is the exact seven-touch follow-up sequence that turned our close rate around.

The seven touches

  • Day 0: Proposal sent with a Loom walkthrough.
  • Day 2: Short text — did the proposal land, any questions.
  • Day 4: Email with a case study from a similar client.
  • Day 7: Call the decision maker. Leave a voicemail.
  • Day 10: Email with a specific observation about their business.
  • Day 14: Pattern interrupt — are you still interested, yes or no.
  • Day 21: Break-up email, leave the door open.
